Hello, and welcome to anyone who has stumbled upon this website. This is my first entry. This “guide” is what I wrote while building the site you are reading right now. I hope it’s at least a teensy bit helpful or informative.

Getting a Domain

I recommend getting your firstnamelastname.com domain if it’s available. If your name is too common for that, try different domain extensions, e.g., .dev .me. You can buy your domain from one of the billions of domain registrars; it really doesn’t matter as long as they are reputable enough. Or you can just not buy a domain at all and use the GitHub Pages domain provided by default, githubusername.github.io. NOT FINISHED
